These terms govern your use of the Grant Writing Service website and services, provided by Lunastric LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Grant Writing Service provides professional grant writing, grant research, editing, and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in the written quote you approve before work begins.

No guarantee of funding

We do not and cannot guarantee that any grant application will be funded. Funding decisions rest entirely with the funder. We provide professional services to prepare a competitive, compliant proposal; we are not responsible for a funder's decision.

Fees and payment

We charge flat fees agreed in advance. We do not work on commission or contingency. Payment is due as stated in your approved quote. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through Lunastric LLC and may appear as LUNASTRIC LLC on your statement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials. The quality and timeliness of our work depend on the inputs you provide and on meeting agreed milestones and funder deadlines.

Revisions and deliverables

Each engagement includes the revision scope described in your quote. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the final written deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your funding purposes. We retain the right to our own underlying templates, methods, and know-how.

Confidentiality

We treat your organizational and project information as confidential and use it only to perform the services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost funding.

Refunds

Refund terms, if any, are stated in your approved quote. Because grant writing is a custom professional service, work already performed is generally non-refundable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
